            Pakistan Steel Cadet College invites sealed quotations through E-Pads (online) from Suppliers registered in Income Tax & Sales Tax departments for following Items on “Single stage, one envelope basis”. The tender will be evaluated and awarded on an item-wise basis.

Tender forms / documents can be online download from E-Pads (Sindh portal) OR obtained from the office of Bursar on above mentioned tender document price through application from the date of publication in newspaper up to 29.06.2026 at 9:00 am to 02:00 pm (except Sunday). Interested parties can be submitted their sealed offers with Samples and Bid Security separate pay order of each item in favour of “Pakistan Steel Cadet College” latest by 10:30 am on 30.06.2026 in the office of College Adjutant. The quotations will be opened in the same office at 11:00 am on the same day in presence of the bidders or their representatives. Samples of above mentioned items are available for inspection. The price quoted is inclusive of all taxes and must remain valid for three month from the date of opening the tender. The Procuring Agency has reserved the right to reject all or any bid without assigning any reason.  All the taxes will be applicable as per Govt. of Pakistan rules.
