Pakistan Steel invites sealed bids from reputed Not-for-Profits Organizations, Educational Trusts, or Public Sector Entities having a sound record for adoption and management of the Educational Institutions. List of premises against which sealed bids are invited are as under

Note:-

Tender documents & detail of educational institutions may be obtained from the following address up till 22-10-2025 from 09:30 AM to 03:00 PM in official working days (Monday to Friday ) by tenderer / representative on submission of written application on letter head along with CNIC & tender cost of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) for the tender in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of Pakistan Steel (Non-Refundable).
Sealed technical bid & financial bids enclosed envelops shall be submitted at following address on 23-10-2025 upto 11:00 AM and in the same day & venue, only technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. However , financial bids will be retained unopened which will be opened of whom who qualify in technical evaluation which will be communicated accordingly .

Bid(s) received after the above deadline or telegraphic / telex / fax bids shall not be accepted and be returned unopened .
In case of closure of the office due to any reason , the tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time & Venue .
Pakistan Steel reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per rules .

INVITATION TO TENDER (25-C-08)

HIRING OF REPUTABLE FIRM FOR DUE DILIGENCE OF CAPEX & OPEX REPORT OF TWO ALTERNATIVE STEEL MAKING ROUTES (BLAST FURNACE ROUTE AND ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE ROUTE).

Pakistan Steel Mill (PSM) invites sealed bids as per PPRA Rules “Single Stage -two Envelope Procedure” for professional and competent firms, registered with relevant authorities, for the due diligence of CAPEX & OPEX report of two alternative steel making routes (Blast Furnace Route and Electric Arc Furnace Route) prepared by Industrial Engineering. The valuation will be carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards.

The tender documents may be obtained from the following address in working hours upto 14-10-2025 (on or before) by tenderer / representative on submission of written application on letterhead along with CNIC & Tender Cost of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees Only) non-refundable in shape of pay order / demand draft in favor of Pakistan Steel.

The technical & financial bids duly signed / stamped and properly sealed in envelopes separately shall be submitted on 15-10-2025 upto 11:00 am at the conference Hall No.1 Operation Building Pakistan Steel. Only Technical Bid will be opened on same date / venue at 11:30 am. While the financial Bids will be retained un-opened which will be opened later on of technically qualified bids.
